Ben Nelson Jr, owner and President, specializes in environmental permitting and oversees all daily operations from the bidding to the construction to the inspection.  His reputation with the permitting agencies is impeccable and he takes pride in knowing that his employees are dedicated to completing every project in a professional manner.

Ben is a lifelong Florida resident and has made Bonita Springs home for over 50 years.  In addition to running Nelson Marine Construction, Ben is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, is Junior Deacon at the Cypress Lodge in Naples, and has served on City Council for over ten years; eight as Councilman and currently as Mayor of the City of Bonita Springs.  Ben was named Bonita Springs Citizen of the Year in 2008.
