Depending on the geographic location and existing regulations, your dock can be built in a variety of shapes and sizes, with or without boat lifts, and in a variety of different materials … plastic decking, hardwood, and pressure treated lumber. Our design staff can help you maximize your valuable dock space while accommodating your budget and personal taste. Whether you are interested in a single-family or commercial dock, a boathouse, a boardwalk, or walkway, we can design and build to fit your needs.  We are experienced in permitting in Marco Island, Naples, Ft. Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers, and handle your job from start to finish.

Standard Specs:

• ACQ treated #1 grade decking with a radius edge that provides a polished, finished look for your dock
• All stainless steel bolts and screws, prolonging the life of your dock
• 8" to 10" butt 2.5. c.c.a. treated pilings, wrapped with p.v.c. for protection.

Decking:

• ACQ treated decking
  ACQ (Ammonia Copper Quaternary ammonia) is a proven and effective wood preservative. It is free of arsenate and other EPA-listed hazardous compounds. It is non-toxic, odorless and protects against rot, decay, and termite attack. ACQ treated decking can be painted or stained, and maintains the natural look of wood.
  
• ProCell composite decking
  Procell Decking features solid-core, cellular PVC construction, containing no wood filler that can compromise performance. A vibrant and unique selection of colors to choose from, and a natural grain finish that provides the classic look of stained wood. Please visit www.procelldeck.com for more inforrmation.
  
• IPE Decking
  IPE is an environmentally responsible choice that naturally resists rot, decay, insects, and mold without the use of toxic chemicals used in other decking products. IPE is an incredibly strong, dense wood that has very high wear durability in daily use, and is resistant to splintering and checking.
  
• Options
  We offer many upgrade including rope handrails, piling caps, benches, fish cleaning tables, custom strips for piling, and more.
